I am greatly in need of support. I want nothing more than drop the pounds but it is so hard. I have been able to go without sweets for months even while buying sweets for my nephews and family. I drink a gallon of water a day and workout. I am taking multivitamins and trying to stay away for diet pills. |

This journal is dedicated to my release from my everyday and the challenges it consists of such as:
- Weight Loss struggles
- Marriage struggles
- Family Woes
- Good days and Bad days
